We treated this as a complete brand relaunch, not just a campaign. Phase one was the technical foundation: migrating from WooCommerce to Shopify to give Kamileh a fast, conversion-optimised store worthy of a luxury brand. Phase two was visibility — launching Google Shopping and Search campaigns to capture high-intent fashion and bridal searches, alongside a Meta strategy that built brand awareness first and drove purchase intent through retargeting.
Executed a full WooCommerce to Shopify migration with a custom luxury theme, mobile-first UX, and preserved SEO equity from the existing site. Optimised product pages for Dubai fashion, bridal, and abaya searches. Launched Google Shopping campaigns and Search ads targeting bridal and occasion wear terms. Built Meta catalog ads with dynamic product retargeting. Instagram content was built around editorial-quality product imagery and Ramadan campaign shoots.
For luxury fashion in Dubai, the website experience IS the brand — Kamileh's cart abandonment dropped 45% not from better ads, but from a Shopify store that felt as premium as the products inside it. The Shopify migration was the single highest-leverage action we took.
