We built a structured Google Ads account separating individual consumer traffic from B2B team ordering intent, using different landing pages and bid strategies for each. On SEO, we focused on sport-specific and team-specific buying guide content that larger retailers weren't publishing — giving Gear Team Apparel authority in niche searches where conversion intent was higher.

Execution

Set up Google Shopping campaigns with product-level bidding optimised by margin tier. Launched Search campaigns targeting team manager and coach buying terms ('buy team jerseys bulk', 'custom basketball uniforms order').
