We positioned Eliza around a specific, ownable niche: flexibility, feminine fitness, and an aspirational lifestyle. Rather than generic gym content, we built a content strategy around three pillars: educational flexibility content, aspirational lifestyle moments, and client transformation proof.
Built a full content calendar with consistent posting across Instagram Reels and static posts. Developed a defined brand aesthetic soft neutrals, scenic backdrops, feminine energy. Created Reels showcasing flexibility progressions and morning yoga routines. Launched Meta lead generation campaigns targeting women aged 18–40 interested in yoga, pilates, and gymnastics.
For fitness influencers, lifestyle content consistently outperforms pure workout content Eliza's posts in scenic locations reached 3–4x more people than standard gym clips. On Meta, lead generation ads targeting women by specific interests (gymnastics, yoga, pilates) delivered coaching enquiries at far lower cost than awareness campaigns.
